1. Once you have selected the desired product, click on the “Add to cart” button next to them.

2. You can select all the products you want, and check the quantities at any time by clicking on “Cart”. When you have finished, click on the “View Cart” button and then “Checkout” to prepare the order. These links will appear at the top right of the screen

3. Fill in the form with your data, accept the terms and conditions and click on the “Place Order” button. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email or phone call confirming its receipt, that your order is already in progress and what day it will be sent approximately.

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, as a client of ASESORÍA TÁCTICA S.L. may at any time exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, communicating it in writing to ASESORÍA TÁCTICA S.L. through our email address.

 

RETURNS

The Client can request ASESORÍA TÁCTICA S.L. the return of material, provided that the returned product reaches our offices within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product at the customer’s address.

For which you must send by E-Mail to ASESORÍA TÁCTICA S.L. hat will give you an answer within a maximum period of 48 hours from the receipt of the request, assigning a Return Number if applicable. From then on, the client has 5 business days to send the material.

The assignment of a return number does not mean the final acceptance of the return of the material. This acceptance will only be final after checking the material in our technical department.

In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Transport and customs costs, when applicable, are always paid by the customer, both in shipments and returns. Likewise, if the form of payment of the order was cash on delivery or by credit card, the 4% corresponding to the commission charged by the bank and the transport company will be deducted, since this is a non-recoverable expense for the company.

Once we have received it, we will proceed to process the return.

The usual procedure will be as follows: We will contact you to communicate the acceptance of the return, and the delivery address, which must be clearly indicated on the packaging. You must deliver the product to us within 7 days from the date you received it. (Outside of that period, the return will not be accepted). It will not be applicable to unsealed products, without their original packaging or damaged.

The products must arrive in the same state in which they were sent, that is, they must go with all the components of the same.

If these conditions are not met, the product will be returned immediately to the customer and said return will not be accepted.

ASESORÍA TÁCTICA S.L. will proceed to reimburse the amount through a transfer to the client’s account, after discounting the expenses incurred, once the product has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition.
